Welcome to the Walk Across Canada Program where we'll spend time moving and sweating in all 10 provinces across Canada. Thank you for committing to working out and traveling with us all across this beautiful country. We'll start in Ontario, then on to Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and finish in British Columbia. Each workout is at least 30 minutes, and begins with a simple warm-up. We'll work through 3 fun section, adding in cardio bursts throughout. Keep the moves either high or low impact depending on your goals. Together we'll end with a cool down and stretch. We can't wait for you to start your journey to better health and wellness today!
