Flow through THREE total body yoga sessions focusing on connecting the breath with our movements, helping to release pent up emotions and anxiety through deep breathing. This practice is all about grounding and stability. Suitable for beginners and all levels. We'll begin seated, and move to tabletop and child's pose, plank on the knees, cat/cow, forward fold, modified downward dog, chair pose flow to mountain, side stretches, modified lunges, warrior series through warrior 1 and 2, modified camel, locust, staff pose, boat pose, spinal twists, bridges, and end in a deep meditation while in corpse pose.
