Welcome to the Step Across Canada Program where we'll spend time moving and sweating in all 10 provinces across Canada. Thank you for committing to working out and traveling with us all across this beautiful country. We'll start in Ontario, then on to Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and finish in British Columbia. Each workout is at least 30 minutes, and begins with a simple warm-up. We'll work through 2 fun step combos, where we'll take the time to learn a few more moves in each of the 2 combos. Together we'll end with a cool down and stretch. We can't wait for you to start your journey to better health and wellness today!
