It would be great if there was a new step workout each week. Something general that would range between basic and intermediate. More new workouts to do when someone can but not part of an overall program (wouldn't involve travel or anything 🙂).
This was so good and challenging in the best way! I was sweating but would have totally kept going. 😁

I would to see more 30 min progressive step programs, especially going into the intermediate level.

Thank you for the update! 💗 I have a question or suggestion... is there a program that would be good for someone who's moved past the beginner phase in step and wants to progress to more intermediate exercises? If not, could you consider something like that? 😀

I've cruised 4 times with Carnival and loved it! I prefer cruises over resorts for sure. There are so many amazing places to go when cruisng and I enjoy the experience on board. I was also married on a cruise. 😊
