Wow. I hope California is the only state for step aerobics in French. I had a hard time following.

A few updates about our Bench Barre product. We wanted to show everyone our latest version. We took this one on our trip all across Germany 🇩🇪 and gave it a really good test with 10 new step workouts in 10 fabulous new locations. We also began filming our Barre Program, which we’re super excited about!

Out of all the prototypes we’ve made over the years, this one is by far my favorite. It’s so cushy on the joints and makes stepping a dream! It also is amazing to lay on for core work and stretching.

We’ll continue to update everyone on progress, and when it’s available here at Freedom.fit 🦋 So excited! 🙌

Sometimes life hits hard. It’s ok to rest, pause, recharge. For years I always felt guilty slowing down, until my body forced me to slow down through a year long illness.

Now I try better to listen to my body, and rest when it is telling me to rest.

How do you take care of yourself through intense times? Please share! ❤️

Step is a skill well worth learning. Here is a snippet from our Mini to Mighty Learn to Step Program. It was pretty special to have 2 of my boys join me, who have been stepping since they were small. Join the fun here at Freedom.fit today! Have you tried step before? If so, how long have you been stepping?

What a perfect day... the sun dipped low behind us. we had just finished filming Step and Walk workouts in Frankfurt, Germany, our first location. The city and its people won us over completely. We left a little of our hearts all across this beautiful country. 🇩🇪 what are you doing to protect your beautiful heart today?

We’re in Germany 🇩🇪filming Walk & Step workouts. Here’s our “Tale of Two Workouts in Rothenburg, Germany” for you.

With Jeppetto’s workshop as a backdrop (from Disney’s cartoon Pinocchio 🤥), at 3am in the morning, to avoid the tourists, while we powered through the routines, we were able to knock out two workouts back-to-back. The first: a Step routine. The second: a Walking workout—trickier to film, because my feet are harder to see in the dark.

Right as the Walking workout began, the lights in the display case beside me snapped on. And just as I finished—click—they went dark again. No timer.

Now we can’t stop wondering: are ghosts 👻real, or was it a weird fluke? Whatever the case we were grateful for the light at the prefect moment and are a little in awe.

Have any of you been to Rothenburg? It’s an amazing place! ❤️Can’t wait for you to try this one!
