Soon we’ll definitely be re-filming in South Carolina at a new location for our Step & Walk Across America Program. We’re currently making our list for locations from the 50 states that need a refresh. This one is such a fun at-home step workout! We do the Charleston in Charleston!🥰 Any ideas for us at a new place to film in South Carolina? Also, are you in SC? We’d love ❤️ to meet up!
Help us wish Tyler a very Happy Birthday 🎁🎂! So grateful for all of his efforts producing, filming, and editing workouts for us here at Freedom.Fit. We wouldn’t be here without all of his amazing talents and efforts!
I can’t seem to find the Step Across Mexico Gran Hotel workout and was wondering if it had been taken down? It’s listed as step in the walk section but when you go to watch it it is the walk version. I enjoyed the step version and was hoping you’d repost it. Thanks!
Would love your help. We’re currently selecting which of the 50 states across America we should go back to and refresh. This one was filmed at Fall River in Massachusetts right after the Covid lockdown was lifted. At the time we were hopeful that we’d film in somewhere like Boston, but there were still too many restrictions in place. Where would you like to see us film in Massachusetts? Excited to hear your thoughts!
This summer we’re updating a bunch of workouts from our Step & Walk Across America Program! We’d love your feedback on which of the 50 states you’d most like to see redone.
This one was filmed in New Hampshire with beautiful Mt. Washington in the background. It was an amazing location… but it was also peak black fly season 🪰 and we got absolutely eaten alive. A lot of you mentioned the flies buzzing everywhere were pretty distracting (and kinda gross 😅).
Would you like to see this workout updated? Let us know in the comments!
We need your help! 🇺🇸
This summer we’re hitting the road to refresh the workouts from our Step and Walk Across America program! We’re heading to select states to re-film some of the sessions in even more beautiful locations.
A lot of the original workouts were shot right after the COVID lockdowns lifted, so we missed out on some of the spots we really wanted to capture. Now we’re planning the trip and would love your input!
Drop your suggestions — favorite scenic spots that would make amazing backdrops for Step and Walk workouts. We’re super excited and would love to meet up with some of you while we’re on the road!
What a fun summer this is going to be!

New Release! The 15th Fitness Snacks Step Combo has arrived here on Freedom.Fit 🦋
Finding time for fitness shouldn’t add more stress to your busy life. That’s why we created the Fitness Snacks Series — short, enjoyable 10-minute workouts that make exercise accessible, effective, and easy to fit into your day.
Research shows that 30 minutes of cardio, 3–5 times per week, delivers major benefits for your heart health and overall well-being. The great news? Those 30 minutes don’t have to happen all at once. By breaking movement into bite-sized “fitness snacks,” you can enjoy the same results while working with your schedule — not against it.
Ready for an extra cardio boost? Mix and match from all 15 ten-minute sessions now available here on Freedom.Fit 🦋
New workout series, ‘Step Up Strength’ in editing now here at Freedom.Fit 🦋 Each workout has a warm-up, 2 step combos, 2 weight sections, and then we’ll weave the 2 step combos together and finish with a cool down and stretch. We filmed 3 workouts yesterday, and we’ll let you know when they’re ready!
Thank you for all of the fantastic workout suggestions and requests for what to film next! 🙌
What are you doing today to protect your beautiful heart? ♥️
Have you tried our latest Basic Step Workout yet? 🔥
It’s a fun 47-minute low-impact class featuring 3 easy-to-follow combos that build in intensity as you go. We start with a simple warm-up, then break down each combo from basic steps to more complex variations—so you can learn at your own pace and feel successful every step of the way.
We finish with an energetic weave finale where we put all three combos together back-to-back. It’s such a fun, satisfying way to end the workout!
Perfect for beginners to intermediate steppers who want a high-energy cardio session that’s still joint-friendly.
Give it a try and let us know what you think! 👇
I did the Walk Across the UK in Loch Ness, Scotland yesterday and it brought me back to my trip there a few years ago. I got a great workout and every time I spotted Nessie, I had the biggest smile on my face.
