I’m doing the February challenge and love it so far, although I’ve jumped around a little on some of the days. I did day 9 today and it was quite a workout! My question when choosing weights - how heavy should weights be in general? I have 3, 5, and 8 pound weights that I’ve been using and they definitely feel heavy enough. I am just starting on strength training, though, so are these weight ranges going to be effective?
I usually stream the Freedom Fit app to my Google Chromecast, but all of the sudden it won't work. All my other apps are streaming fine, just not Freedom Fit. Anyone have any ideas?

Is there a way to purchase the bench you use in your videos? I have the old school one with risers, but as I get older, I would like to have something that is a little more gentle impact on the knees.
