I am sorry to hear that you were ill but am happy to hear that you are doing much better, Jenny! You are an inspiration to all of us here at home. Like you, I have learned to listen to my body and not push so hard. I love that you offer so many different varieties of exercise programs and lengths. It allows me to pick what is best for my body on any given day. I have also learned to take time off as needed. I always come back & feel good about it! Thank you so much for being there for us! I am so grateful that you are better for us, your family, & Yourself!!
