Just started this after stepping and walking across America and the UK. The HIIT elements really make you sweat but I’ve really enjoyed this one. You definitely feel like you’ve worked out. Well done Jenny 🤩

I’m doing the walk along with the step so completed day 1 in Cardiff. Loved the energy and combos looking forward to day 2. You always make them fun Jenny.

Just completed the 50 states. I started no.1 at our home in Spain and continued back in Scotland and carried on for the last 6 weeks back in Spain. Stepping almost every day. Thoroughly enjoyed it. They were fun and you pushed and encouraged when needed. Loved working out outside in Spain whilst you were outside in America. Brilliant programme Jenny. Can’t wait to start Step across UK & NI unfortunately I’ll be back in Scotland tomorrow so not quite the same working out indoors.
