Loved this but the side leg repeaters and the side leg L steps were a killer at the end.

Combining my workouts with the step across America with the walk across and now the walk and weights. So glad I subscribed. Really loving them all and look forward to my morning workouts.
Really enjoyed the first of the walk and weights. Looking forward to the rest in the program.
