It’s such a great workout. I’m doing these without risers as I’m going through chemotherapy and it helps me physically and also with foggy brain.

I am so excited

I miss you guys. I had major surgery and it will take me months to recover. But me recovery is coming well and much to thank the workouts here. They also prepared me for the surgery that took five hours. Love coming in here studying the workouts and look forward to join in physically again. Love
