Great workout series! I go : One day Walk Across Canada, the next day : Step Across Canada , and so on. This works great for me. I love the beautiful landscape around the Niagara Falls. Happy New Year to everybody! πŸ€—πŸ«Ά

Today I chose Walk AA Delaware, although I'm a passionate stepper. However, I had little problems with my back, so I kept it low for now. Thank you, Jenny, for all the choices that can be adapted to everybody's personal needs. 🫢

Day 6 and Day 2 completed in one go. It was a challenge, but now there's no day left out anymore in my schedule and I feel fit and healthy for today. πŸ‘πŸ»

You're right, Lisa. However, you've got snow, which could be a nice view somehow; in our region it was just raining the whole day long without interruption and it was stonecold in an ugly, wet way.

So I felt like you when I saw the nice weather in Connecticut! And, by the way, the lake in the background was beautiful.

Day 5 done with fun! Full body workout because of the arm patterns included! A great, sweaty exercise. 🀩

I agree, Shara, I love step and walking exercises, too. Being a beginner now, you'll improve very soon , you'll see, because you stay put ! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š

Floor exercises are efficient, no doubt, but they are sometimes a real piece of work for me. ( like planks, for example). All in all step, weights and walking are my favourites, too. Jenny is a great motivatior and the exercises are amazing!🫢🀩

Shara Cooper I still struggle a bit with the preparatory moves for Warrior 1, as my back is a bit too stiff for this. I hope it's soon getting better. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»
