Hi, Shara! I know exactly what you mean. I remember when I first tried the "revolving door steps" when I did my first C2C Step ( New Mexico). It took me a lot of exercise to do the turns over the bench the right way. Finally I got it. Sometimes, when there are the front ham curls up and down the bench, I realize that I still make mistakes from time to time, especially when it has to be done very quickly.๐Ÿ˜

Yes, and then it's better to chuckle about it, then to be angry about oneself. ๐Ÿ˜Š Have a nice weekend!

Shara Cooper Thank you for your reply, Shara. You're right about Jenny! I was very happy when I found her on the internet, first on Amazon and then on youtube. Finally I decided to become a member of freedom.fit because I was so convinced of her training method and I liked her being always so motivated and positive. I was just wondering about your DVD, because from time to time you mentioned that you modify the exercises according to your daily needs. Have a wonderful night, too!

Shara Cooper Hello Shara, well done. ๐Ÿฅ‡ By the way, what's the name of the yoga DVD you sometimes use to substitute?

It was challenging ( especially the preparatory moves for Warrior One, if you want to do it all correctly), but I made it through the exercise. Day 12 done! โœจ๏ธ

Shara Cooper Yes, that's what I think, too. A great combination of exercises for the whole body. ๐Ÿ’ซ
