As I'm an absolute yoga beginner, I'm happy to find this yoga starter series here. Learning it step by step without any frustration is so great, thank you so much for that! π€ .....Because: Although the movements are very slow, nobody should underrate the efforts our body has to make doing all of these. π«Άπ€π

I started with this program a couple of years ago on Amazon when you presented some of the exercises there. I'm happy that I can continue with the workouts here on the app. It's so great that we are able to create our own workout program because of all the opportunities that are offered here for us. I added this quick weights workout to a walking workout, whichbwas s good combination. So many opportunities , even when you're shorter in time. Great! Thank you! π€π«Άπ
