Day 25 done! I loved the dynamic moves and the speed of these three combos! 🥰🫶

As yesterday it was far too hot to exercise , 36 degrees Celsius, which means 96,8 degrees Farenheit ( !!!), I did day 22 today instead of 23. Today the temperature was much more pleasant, so it was a far better day for exercising. My favourite move of this Saskatchewan workout are the side leg hop overs. 👍🏻🤗🫶

Day 19 completed, a bit later in the evening as usual, because it was quite hot all day long. 🌞🌡🤗🫶

Day 18 completed, I adore all the videos with sweet Sophie, the fitness dog! 😉 She's always so cute wagging her tail so excitedly! 🥰🫶

Day 15 & 16 done in one go. One thing I always realize after exercising is that it's not only about doing something for my body's wellness, but also for my soul !! I feel so much better afterwards, all kind of sadness is gone ! I'm very thankful! 🥰🫶🩷
