As yesterday it was far too hot to exercise , 36 degrees Celsius, which means 96,8 degrees Farenheit ( !!!), I did day 22 today instead of 23. Today the temperature was much more pleasant, so it was a far better day for exercising. My favourite move of this Saskatchewan workout are the side leg hop overs. 👍🏻🤗🫶

Day 15 & 16 done in one go. One thing I always realize after exercising is that it's not only about doing something for my body's wellness, but also for my soul !! I feel so much better afterwards, all kind of sadness is gone ! I'm very thankful! 🥰🫶🩷

As I wasn't able to exercise yesterday, I did day 11 ( 5 day jumpstart) today instead of the yoga session. I went through all five sections of it , but day 2 didn't count, although I finished it, too !

I don' know, why. However, this 5- part exercise was good fun and I enjoyed it. 🥰🫶
