I loved the HIIT-like elements in this choreo and the birds flying by in the background during this Saskatchewan-exercise. This enhanced my mood a lot, as today was a very grey and rainy day at my place here. Thanks a lot. 🤗🫶

I loved the side legs over the bench moves so much, and I realized that it was easier for me to do it on the right side than on the left, but in the end I did fine on both sides and I was proud of myself. 😉🤗
