Congratulations to anybody who finished the November fitness challenge , well done, guys!✨️👍🏻🫶

I finished this challenge today by having done 41 of 43 exercises, which is about 95% , which is not the gold medal, 😉🥇but I'm ok with this, as I exercised each day according to my specific daily needs, this worked perfectly well.

However, I did the last workout " 51 minutes weight training" today, but it didn't count, although I went through it , it wasn't crossed out afterwards. 🥹

Nevertheless, it was a great challenge , thank you, Jenny, for all your efforts. 💖

I did a couple of the Walk and Step Across America exercises , but I realized that I haven't done the Pennsylvania Step workout so far. I will put it on my schedule, but I will finish the November fitness challenge first and then do all the Walk and Step Across Mexico workouts next. A lot of beautiful workouts to be done. I'll try them all , step by step. Thank you so much for all your great work, Jenny! 😃🤩🫶

I'd like to do all of these fabulous workouts as soon as I've completed the current November fitness challenge. I'm so curious about all rhe new workouts. 🥰🫶

I'm totally amazed. I did this fun workout after today's day 10 of the November fitness challenge, as an add-on, and it was a great choice. Thank you, Jenny for always taking us to new places all over the world with so much power and fun. I love it! 🥰🥳🫶

Hi Lynette,

nice to hear from you. Although it might be astonishing, I have most problems with the yoga sessions ( Like day 4), as my spine is too stiff for managing some positions, like getting up from the exercising mat to " Warrior One". Needs some more practise for me, anyway. I wish you a wonderful day. ☀️

Anybody here to share their experience of this November fitness challenge? For me, for example ,it's sometimes easy to exercise, and some day it's a real challenge. Today I felt very exhausted after today's every day work. However, I stayed put and finished the exercise of day 5. I must say, I felt so much better afterwards. I wish you all a great exercising time. 🤗🫶
