You're right Trish, I do the same. When I feel that my knees hurt a bit or are exhausted I choose the walking videos or the walk and weights for the next one or two exercise sessions. Another great workout that made me sweat. There were some new moves and turns on the bench that challenged me, but finally I learned them and I was happy to know some new steps which qualify me for the C2C Step workouts. ππ»π€π
