OMG, all these HIIT elements made me sweat in a good and healthy way. As you sometimes say, Jenny : Lookin' good, feelin' good. - I'm on a good path to losing weight in order to diminish my high blood pressure. That's because of all your wonderful workouts. I' m really thankful, every day! 🤗👍🏻🫶
