Thank you for all the tips. It's so important to stay put. At the moment I'm on my way through all the Walk Across America workouts and I enjoy it very much. As I also have already some former stepping routine from the exercises you presented on youtube, amazon etc. some years ago, I'm happy to hear that there will be some more Coast to Coast Step workouts. And, by the way, I love your monthly vlogs. 🤗🫶💞
