Opted for a 3 mile walk today instead of the yoga. This is the 3rd yoga session this week. Wanted a little more cardio.

Day 13 done. ✅️ Did one of the Coast to Coast Step workouts for day 12 instead of the Yoga. Back on the program today though. Loved the combos in this one!
