A little off schedule this weekend. Friday was a rest day for me. Saturday was a full day of yard work, so no planned workout. Completed day 11 today. Loved the built in core work. Planning on following the schedule again starting tomorrow.

Completed South Dakota Step Across America workout today. Needed a cardio day today, since I was off schedule all weekend. Really enjoyed it! Back on schedule starting tomorrow though.
