I loved the upbeat Latino music! My heart rate didn't go nearly as high as it did the workout previous. I am happy with the break! ❤️

Hi Jenny and Tyler, thank you for sharing your time with us! I can't imagine how you keep up with it all! I am 65; soon to be 66. Still working (drat) and hope to retire when I turn 67. But I am the only breadwinner for my husband who struggles with his mental health and my 28 yo that probably is on the spectrum and cannot seem to launch. He has a good work ethic and I am grateful for that. 🙏
I never struggled with PMS or with peri menopause. I must be in the minority. I wonder if the 2 things are connected. And I can't claim to have reached a sense of euphoria during exercise. I have exercised most of my adult life but my approach to it is that it is not optional. It's like brushing your teeth!😁
I did see the monks walk for peace on the news. Sadly, we are now in a war of sorts with another country.
My favorite thing (other than my step workouts with Jenny 😊) is books and reading. Not that I don't partake in some retail therapy now and then.... but I try to keep up with that.
