Jenny, I did my first step class in 1994 at a Spa Lady facility in Manassas, VA. Unfortunately, I did not stay with it but recently tried a few classes at a local gym. Then I found you!
I exercised with Jazzercise for the last 25 years but find your workouts easier on my arthritic body. As far as the "wrong foot", as you probably know, Jazzercise also faces the class so I know all about the mirror image. Thank you as always!
