Love ALL your workouts! I find that they are not quite 30 minutes so I go back and repeat the last few moves before the cool down. My workout app doesn't count it unless 30 minutes so that is why I do that. Thank you!

I just want to say how GRATEFUL I am for you! I have jazzercised for 25 years, but gave it up because I have a lot of injuries. I found your workouts on Youtube and fell in love with YOU and your program. Thank you so much for your hard work for US!
