Love stepping!  Believe I started back in 2019.  Had a few surgeries during this time but going strong again today!

I am working to strengthen my body.  I'm 65 and hope to keep my muscles strong and body moving!

How about New Hampshire? I did the step then the walk this morning.  You mention in the video that it was muddy in the area you guys wanted to record.  And, don't have the English lady announcer talk so long.  She ends up talking over you:-)

I get up Monday through Friday and workout within 30 minutes of waking up.  I start early before my brain thinks of all of the other things I need to do.  This assures I will not miss out!
