Understand! I’ve been working out with you for several years. During that time I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a mastectomy, several surgeries, I slowly recovered and rebuilt my stamina. Challenges along the way but well worth it! Thank you for helping me get into shape! Very encouraging!
