The first part of the first combo confused me at all, but I'm shure I'll get it the next time. Nonetheless I like this workout very much, lot of brainwork and many varitations to try. Thanks for this.

Great. I have done Cardiff today and can't wait to do the other step and also the walking workouts in the next days. I think they are also great to combine with the weights sections from the step and weights/walk and weights workouts to have even more variety. Thank you very much Jenny💕

I like this workout very much, but not all advanced moves worked for me this first time. I will try it again and again until I get it 🙋‍♀️

Time flys so far with this workout. It is a great brain and body workout and makes so much fun to me.
