I am so excited and proud of myself. After finding and completing mini to mighty walking in December 2023, I decided to make a goal to do it every morning in 2024.
I did it. Every month I started over and completed mini to mighty walking 13 times. I’m not as winded as I used to be. Looking forward to a 5K in April.
For 2025, my goal is to do mini to mighty weights. Each month I hope the weight of my dumbbells increases.
