Ahhh, I missed you there! I suggested this spot for the step in the province of Québec. We are from there and we love to walk our dog at this location. Old Québec is so beautiful. Haha, Cochon Dingue, my favourite place to go for brunch. And no, I wouldn't have let you leave with it :-) And for the parking - I know exactly what you are talking. Wondering myself all the time. But I am glad that you enjoyed your time in Québec! Have fun in the other provinces!

Hi Jenny, I hope that you are still in Canada and that you enjoy your time. I am in Québec City and Montréal and it would be so great to have the chance to see you. In Québec City, the Dufferin Terrace in front of Château Frontenac is great. Looking forward to seeing these workouts!!!

Really efficient 30 min workout. Fits so well at the end of my workday. Thank you for this series. Are there gonna be more than 12 at one point? Thank you Jenny!!!

That was a nice workout. I really love the combination of step and weights. Instead of doing the weights afterwards on my own, I have you Jenny doing it with me. It's more motivating :-) Looking forward to the next one today. Thank you Jenny.

Was a nice workout. I was not sure if I like the combination of step and weights, but yes, I do! Thank you Jenny! I love all the variety that you bring with your workouts. There is something for each taste.

I am wondering too.... Maybe that is a kind of rest day? Was also looking for a step and wight workout.

Hi Pamela, for me the benefit is, that I can do this 26 minutes workout and then adding e.g. a yoga workout. So I am enough warmed up to go into deeper stretches during my Yoga. And sometimes there is just not enough time during my day to do a 45 minutes step training. I would give it all during 26 minutes. And with all the choices that Jenny gives for the movements, you can pump up this short time step - super effective. So for me, it is for sure a plus to have different step workouts I can chose from :-)

Hi Jenny, we have been on our first (and hopefully not last) cruise in February 2023 in the Caribbean on the MSC. It was a super great experience and we are looking now into another one for next year. Leaving the first evening from the port with the music "Time to say god-bye" was more than overwhelming. Really enjoyed my time and now I am curious to start your Time Saver workout! Take care, Margit
