It is amazing how focused you can stay with all the traffic around! It was not the most beautiful spot, but it is the workout that matters (although a nice place certainly helps - LOL). Picking up on Gladys comment, yes the movements are basic. But I personally love that. You can add some more pushing, jumping, turning, arms or whatever if you feel that you are full of energy. But like yesterday, when I was not in my best shape, I was happy to still be able to do the workout and to progress in this series. And I guess it must not be easy to find a good compromise for each level.

Felt so good to be here with you today. And another beautiful spot. You take so good care of us! Always a pleasure to step with you, Jenny! Thank you.

Amazing! You even did your step in the snow at 16 degrees! WOW. I see the same when looking out of the window :-) Beautiful workout, got my heart rate bumped up. Simple moves, but so efficient. I could not push as hard as I wanted today, but that's ok. I listened to my body and you give us all these options. For sure, I will come back again to repeat this workout! Thanks, Jenny!!!

Good and efficient workout. The side legs are always a killer. But in the end, I am always happy about them. It is so much fun to change the location every day. That makes your workout very special and so motivating. And you are ALWAYS in such a good mood, always smiling. Thank you!

Hi Bee! I totally agree for the cool down music. I was thinking exactly the same today when finishing state 20. I just came back to the first ones since I never left a comment. Have fun with all the other ones!
OMG - already 20 out of 50???? How did that happen? :-) A lots of different moves and options again. That's the great thing with step. No excuse if you are a bit tired - you can just adapt it to your daily shape. My partner was wondering if we can remove the "leg back" move. He always sees me doing this one and he does not like it - LOL. I just tell him "go away, that is my step". Hahaha!

Great team workout! A lot of wind. I think this time I was better off at home - although I always love the beach. Total body workout. Thank you, Jenny (and everybody else who made these workouts possible!)

I've been to the Monument Valley - I think in 2000. OMG, such a long time ago. Thanks for bringing back all my great memories! Love the Charleston’s. Even with my limited space here at home I can do them quite well. It must have been warm for you doing the workout there. It's always so much fun stepping with you! Looking forward to the next ones.

Very nice workout. I would love to be at the same places. Seems so much more fun than in my living room with the snow outside :-) Great arm workout. And I definitely love all the L-Steps. Thanks, Jenny!

That was a great workout with a lot of arm movements. The subtitles are a bit confusing since they do not fit with what you are saying. Sometimes I just could not stop laughing :-) The spot is gorgeous. Last July I have been on the other side - Canada. Thanks again, Jenny.
