Day 19 done. I think the weight workouts are finally getting easier for me. After the very first one I was sore for days and now I’m only sore for one day!

I did this workout last month and enjoyed it but didn’t really want to do it again because my 91-year old mother who lives with us sang the theme song to Footloose the rest of the week. Today I did it before she woke up! 🤣

Day 16 done. I don’t usually step two days in a row (I usually alternate walk workouts with step ones) so I was pretty worn out by the end. After I recovered though I felt great the rest of the day!

Day 13 done. I really like this series, too. My sister lived in London for several years so it brought back some nice memories.

Day 12 done. My husband said he’s liking the yoga workouts but wish it didn’t hurt so much! We have a hard time with a lot of the poses but find it gets easier near the end.

Day 11 done. I really liked the core workout. It’s a nice short one that I could add into my day pretty easily.
