I'm not very new to step as I've done your summit and UK step series so the moves aren't much of a challenge for my brain but I am still loving the gorgeous views and your beautiful encouraging self ❤️ I find I can do the moves stronger than I used to and still get a nice workout anyway! Today I decided to do two and get a little endurance push, whew! To think one thirty minute workout used to feel horrible and now I often find myself wanting more 😊 Thank you!
