I'm not very new to step as I've done your summit and UK step series so the moves aren't much of a challenge for my brain but I am still loving the gorgeous views and your beautiful encouraging self ❤️ I find I can do the moves stronger than I used to and still get a nice workout anyway! Today I decided to do two and get a little endurance push, whew! To think one thirty minute workout used to feel horrible and now I often find myself wanting more 😊 Thank you!

Much as I enjoy combos that get a little more complicated and diverse with the moves, I think my all time favourite thing to do is just repeaters haha 😊 Feels like a little challenge!

Speaking of which, those side leg repeaters are quite the balance challenge, for me at least! I've improved my balance somewhat but they are still a bit wobbly 😄

I had just about enough space in the living room which has been made more cramped by the Christmas tree being up haha, thankfully my legs are short so I need less 😅 Although I do find I struggle to walk around the bench in six steps; not sure if it's my stride compared to the bench size or I'm just not putting in enough effort to be fast but oh well, still fun 😊 Thanks again!

This is one of my favourite short ones, partly because I can clearly remember years ago when I was really unfit struggling with the lungebacks in the second combo, but now I feel a physical difference. I can do them without feeling like I'm going to collapse and even enjoy them! It's a great feeling to know I've built up up a much better level of fitness to the point I actually enjoy workouts most days ❤️ Thank you so much for your wonderful style of gentle encouragement.

Alas, as a sufferer of hyperhidrosis, sweat is not an indicator of effort for my body lol 😆
