This workout seems to be cursed for me haha 😄 Last week I pulled a muscle halfway through. This week, now it's feeling fine, the streaming kept disconnecting itself! Hopefully Chromecast behaves itself for the next one. L steps are getting more enjoyable for me, I must say :) I wasn't a fan but with some practice...

Almost was too lazy to do a workout today but ultimately did and of course didn't regret it in the slightest, thanks again ♥️ By the way, I am so glad there is a calendar feature on the app for me to keep track of workouts, particularly when my goal is to complete one of your series 😀

I was looking forward to this all day ❤️ Horrible day at work that made me want to kick something so step kicks were especially enjoyable today haha :)

Kind of a minor thing but I've noticed a definite improvement in my balance with the last stretch. I was able to keep my balance in place the entire stretch without having to grab onto something or drop my leg down so that's kind of neat :)

Also, Sophie so cute as always 😍 Today my cat decided to walk around the living room a bit so I had to keep an eye out so as not to accidentally kick her! Silly billy:)

I wasn't super energetic today, but given I still made it through after a long commute after a day of work which I don't usually have the motivation to do, I'm going to count my low energy workout as a win anyway haha :)
