Hi Jenny! I think the idea of the "step your way to coast to coast" workout series is great!
Could you also do this for the more advanced participants? I've tried your "Unexpected Step" workout three or four times and often end up standing on the completely wrong side of the bench 😅. I would be happy if you could explain moves like "backwards helicopter chacha - mambo chacha - tictoc over" more slowly (or "knee step L to the side - 3 hams turn out front - knee lift cross back").
