Hi Jenny! I think the idea of the "step your way to coast to coast" workout series is great!

Could you also do this for the more advanced participants? I've tried your "Unexpected Step" workout three or four times and often end up standing on the completely wrong side of the bench 😅. I would be happy if you could explain moves like "backwards helicopter chacha - mambo chacha - tictoc over" more slowly (or "knee step L to the side - 3 hams turn out front - knee lift cross back").

I simply couldn't wait any longer. Today I replaced the step workout in Hawaii with the new Coast to Coast workout - and I love it! It was so much fun!

That was so much fun! I just had a really good time and was totally focused on the workout. I didn't have time to look at my screen during the weave because of all the direction changes - and it wasn't even necessary! As always, the cueing was so perfect that I didn't miss a single move! I love the Coast to Coast workouts! Thank you, Jenny!

This is my absolute favorite weights workout. Very challenging but doable. I especially like the exercises with the kettlebell!
