Happy Birthday Jenny 💕 I started up again today. I did your beginner yoga, it was so relaxing. I haven’t done yoga in about 10 years. This is such a great way to ease back into it.

This was fun! It’s January and snowy in Canada. It was nice to see you in a sunny location. Sunflowers and butterflies,I felt like I was on vacation.

Great workout Jenny! I loved that the music was a bit louder and I liked the people watching. I like that it’s not in a studio and regular people walking by show interest in what you are doing, it’s nice to see your family appear in the video too. The figure 8 move was fun and your smile always keeps me going!
