Loved the scenery (lights on the river, so pretty!) and also the moves in this workout. Agree with another reviewer, that something about the sequencing of the moves in this one makes it all flow nicely. Also, jump shots! Love those! I also liked that most moves in this workout could be intensified for maximum cardio intensity (if you’re feeling you’ve got the energy that day) – like you can ’fly’ with a little extra jump on the step during the leg-backs, you can ‘pop it up’ with a tiny jump on various moves (knee-ups corner to corner, rocking horse, etc.), and you can do ‘big arms’ on whatever moves allow them, most of which DO. Good music, too. Great workout!

I liked the unique skips on top, kick counts (2-2-1), knee-walk-back-knees, and step-tap-out (to the side) moves, because you can get really low and make them STRONG. I also used your ‘trick’ of stepping ON the bench on counts 8 & 4 (if you’re counting down, or 1 & 5 if you’re counting up) as a way to shorten the total distance so I can make it all the way around a little easier. Also, liked the funky music on this one – kind of a spy-thriller/action movie vibe throughout the middle section – nice! Thanks for keeping it fresh!

This is a great high-energy workout with lots of opportunities if you want to pump things up (pop it up, and/or do 'big arm moves,' etc.). Plus, I love love love jump shots! Whatever that music was in the first ~5 minutes, I loved it (exciting, high-drama sounds). So different from all the rest! Definitely adding this one to my favorites. :-)

I love the kick-straddle-kick moves - really elevate the heart rate. I also LOVE six-count mambos, because they keep your brain engaged. (Brain seems to lean toward 2, 4 or 8 count moves, not six, so it's nice to shake it up with the 6s!) I also love the ‘march arounds.’ I always step on/over the bench on counts 1 & 5 (if you’re counting up, or 8 & 4 if you’re counting down), as I learned in one of your Covid lockdown videos (my all-time favorites). That trick of stepping ON the bench is a good way to shorten the distance for me on ‘march arounds.’ I’ve got a long-ish step bench, and short-ish legs (ha ha), so I now always step ON the bench to cut the corners / shorten the distance. Brilliant trick! Music – love the music during the warmup and early in Combo 1, then also the music during 6-count mambos – fun and funky! Thanks for another great workout.
This is a brief but very effective workout, perfect for if you want to add on a little cardio after a pure weights routine, or if you’ve finished ANOTHER step workout and you feel like you’ve got the energy or time to keep going JUST A BIT LONGER. I like how this one amps up your heart rate with fun, intermediate moves and KEEPS it there with the ‘pop-it-up’ moves. There isn’t too much warm-up or cool-down, which is a-okay for this length of a workout, of course. It’s so handy to have a good sub-14-minute step workout, because before I found this one I’d just do an excerpt from a longer workout, fumbling with the remote to fast-forward to “the good stuff” toward the end. Fumble no more! This is a great SHORT step workout, with nothing but “the good stuff!” Thanks, Jenny.

Love this one! Great for days when I am short on time, but I still want a rock-solid cardio session -- 0% filler steps, 100% fun and challenging intermediate moves that engage the brain and body, all packed into an 18-minute session. COOL! I love that you get right into the interesting moves without spending a lot of time ‘working up to’ the fun stuff. I really enjoy the figure 8s and the “big-armed” mambos! With this workout I feel like I am getting maximum output (best use of my time and effort) in minimum time. When I have less “me-time” than I’d like, THIS is my go-to step workout. Thanks for creating this and posting it, Jenny! :-)

Loved this one! Jaw-dropping scenery, funky-fun music that makes you want to MOVE, and some great step moves! I like knee straddles and I enjoy doing step-taps off each end. This is a great, heart-pumping workout as-is, but I also like that ALL moves in these combos can be amped up ("Pop it up!") if you feel you've got a lot of energy. Thanks for another great workout, Jenny. :-)

Hooray! New Coast to Coast step workouts! Thank you for posting these, Ford family. I agree with the reviewer below, that you not only provide great workouts, but you also have created quite a special community here that allows your subscribers and followers to join you on your journey and 'bond' with one another (since we are all striving for similar goals). THANK YOU! :-)
I’ve seen all these steps individually before, but this clever blending together of all these ‘known’ steps into fun, complex new combos is GREAT! This workout keeps the brain engaged, so the time flies by, and when you hit the end, you seriously wonder where the time went. AWESOME! I love how you give options, and your cueing allows people of all levels to do these. Some days I can do the tricky twists, other times not, but you’ve built these to be do-able by everyone, regardless of ability/skill level. THANK YOU!!!
Thank you for posting your Covid collection workouts! This one's my favorite, but they're all great. I love the outdoor setting and the ~45 minute workout length. I enjoy the revolving doors in combo 1, the jump shots in 2, and the knee-walk-back-knees and leg-swing-overs (Flyyyyy!) in 3. I like the fun, funky/groovy music throughout, and it really makes you want to MOVE! Love this one.
