This new Coast to Coast is a TRIFECTA of AWESOMENESS!!! šŸ˜‚ Fantastically fun choreography, funky music that makes me want to shimmy and dance around as I do this step workout, and gorgeous scenery serving as a backdrop (in not just one, but SEVERAL locales)! Ā Thanks for this new addition to the CTC series. I LOVE IT!!!

Happy birthday!šŸŽ‚ šŸŽ‰ Seeing your happy "dancing feet" in these home videos is awesome! 🤩 It will no doubt help ME (and countless others) muster the energy I/we need to tackle today's workouts. šŸ˜‰ Cool that you've joined your mom in the endeavor to make fitness more accessible (especially to other kids) by SHOWING them it can be done! Bravo! šŸ™Œ

Hooray - a new Coast to Coast! I love the tricky new combos! Ā Challenging, for sure, but doable and FUN if you really focus and listen to the (Excellent!) cueing. šŸ˜‰ As others have noted, the time absolutely FLIES with these interesting new combos.

I also love the scenery. It’s neat to see this now-familiar setting experiencing all of the different seasons! šŸƒ šŸ‚ ā„ļø I love how all your CtC workouts have OUTDOOR settings. That’s very uplifting for those of us who exercise in our basements (or for any of us who simply don’t get outside as often as we would like)! I always feel like I took a little ā€œoutdoors-yā€ trip after completing a CtC! šŸ˜‚

Thanks for another great installment in the CtC series. Love it!

I love stepping with Brooks ā€˜Anthem.’ They are lightweight, have ZERO seams at the ball of the foot (where my pesky bunion would chafe), and MOST IMPORTANTLY for step aerobics, they don’t have ā€œdeep lugsā€ on the soles. I’ve found that shoes with deeper treads on the soles ā€œcatchā€ on the step occasionally (unsafe!), so I prefer less-aggressive soles for stepping, and these are perfect. Love my Brooks Anthems (even bought a backup pair). Ā If interested, hopefully Brooks (direct), Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW or Amazon can ship to you in Canada. šŸ¤ž

I’m LOVING your Footloose series, especially this new step workout!!! I’ve been chuckling at the leg warmers, headbands, hair up-do’s, and t-shirts pulled off just one shoulder all along so far. Then today you busted out the fanny pack!!! AWESOME! LOL

I love how you show little snippets from the movie to ā€œset the sceneā€ so we know where you are. This whole series is so whimsical and fun! I’m a big fan of six count mambos, kick walk-back kicks, and split basics, so there was MUCH to love here.

P.S. Great 80’s graphics between the combos, and cute boom box countdown timer on all the Footloose workouts. Thanks for bringing so much enthusiasm to everything you do!

Great workout!Ā  I'm enjoying this step-and-weight series SO much!Ā  They are fantastic workouts, and the music isĀ lively. It's nice to have the cardio segments mixed in alongside weight segments -- keeps everything interesting and 'flowing along.' I like not having to do weights on a *separate* day from cardio (which I did for years, before this was available).Ā  Now I can just work my way through the workouts in this series, and I can rest assured I'll hit ALL the muscle groups over the course of a few days, and still get my cardio needs met, as well! All in one. Sweet. ALSO, I'm enjoying the intermediate-level step segments immensely - really loved the ELVIS! LOLĀ
Oh, sorry, these comments were meant to be posted under SAA #25 Kentucky. My mistake! As for THIS workout, #34 Montana, what a view from that cliff/overlook! I always like kick-walk-back-kicks & had fun with the unique rocking horses (boosted, with a skip in the middle!).

Loved the scenery (lights on the river, so pretty!) and also the moves in this workout. Agree with another reviewer, that something about the sequencing of the moves in this one makes it all flow nicely. Also, jump shots! Love those! I also liked that most moves in this workout could be intensified for maximum cardio intensity (if you’re feeling you’ve got the energy that day) – like you can ’fly’ with a little extra jump on the step during the leg-backs, you can ā€˜pop it up’ with a tiny jump on various moves (knee-ups corner to corner, rocking horse, etc.), and you can do ā€˜big arms’ on whatever moves allow them, most of which DO. Good music, too. Great workout!

What a fantastic journey it has been! I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor settings of these step workouts, and I appreciate that it was likely no small task to film in such rugged, challenging terrain and locations. (Thanks for doing the traveling FOR us – ha ha.) I’ll definitely be going back and doing my favorites when I’m seeking a half-hour step workout. It’s such a mood-booster to see trees, mountains, oceans, and even the city scenes while working out. Love it! In addition to the obvious health benefits, I felt a little like I had taken a ā€œmini-mental-vacationā€ to a different locale after each workout! Thank you for creating such an enjoyable series for your steppers. This series is awesome in its own right, but I suspect it will also help bring many novice steppers up to a level where they might also enjoy your intermediate-level outdoor step workouts, the Coast to Coast series! :-)
