Finished day 5. I found Jenny’s March Actoss America over 9 years ago. I had been dealing with chronic hip & knee pain & was looking for something low impact. I feel that the variation of motion helped strengthen & heal my leg. I’ve graduated to step & weights. I’ve been working out with you daily since & my hip & knee issues are gone. I just wanted to thank you & let you know that your programs help people improve their lives.

Once you get to the days with multiple videos does it show anywhere how long the workout should take? If I’m doing it in the morning before work, I need to make sure I leave enough time to get ready.
