I suspect that some of your concerns have to do with filming constraints. A park is much harder to get a clear set up, a flat space for stepping, and so on. A busy green space would be less ideal for filming due to sound, interruptions, setting up equipment, and so on.

Done! Another favorited one. The split basics and straddle moves are some of my favs! On a side note, I totally get why you did walking yesterday--I'm feeling my legs for sure after yesterday's Tower Step and this one back-to-back! Love it!

I swapped this out for the step on Tower Bridge today (I am a long time stepper) and it was a blast! I had saved that one in my favorites when I did it the first time, so I was excited to revisit it.

Last month right before the challenge started I sprained my ankle and had to miss out on the first two weeks. It was hard, but I did some yoga, some stationary bike. Before that, I had a case of Montezuma's revenge that put me on the sofa for a week. You'll get back to it when you are ready!

I had to pick up on day 14 after twisting my ankle (stepped in a hole while carrying the cat inside and did some tai chi until it was no longer sore). This one was great and a challenge! Love not having to pick my workout and plan on working through more of the 30 day challenges when this one finishes up and coming back to this one after doing the others.
