Done - nice change of pace from stepping, warmed up with that and added Coast to Coast Aspen Winter to complete my work out for the day.

I use 5LB(orange), 9LB(orange), 10LB(red) and 12LB blue dumb bells and a 15LB pink kettle bell. They are coated with silicone so they feel kind of rubbery and are not slippery

Started with Day 5 of Step & Weights and finished with the Total Body Strength workout.  Skipped  Abs &  Core.
