Another great series! Goes by so fast!!!

Another great one and I was feeling myself in combo one like I had all the moves and then combo 2!! Ha!! So I will repeat this workout again to get those moves down. I love how your doing a lot of different step combos. Make the workouts go fast! But I was a little clumsy on combo 2!

I think this was my favorite workout of yours I’ve done! I like lunges and repeating and wow the time just flies!! Awesome and fun workout!!!

Trying to get back into it and in a routine! Was happy to see new series. Great workout as always and looking forward to 10 day in Canada in January!! I love that even if I slacked off I can still do any workout at whatever level I am. These workouts are the best

Wow that was a great workout for a Monday!!! I’m not at the place that I can do all the extra pushing but love that I can still continue and do at my level! Your a great teacher!! Lots of sweat and high heart rate with this one! Def a favorite
