Wow I did not think I could love anything more than your step workouts but these walking ones are great! Really gets my heart rate up. This was a fun one and the Loch Ness monster sightings were scary! Lol!

What A fun workout! I took a few days off because the weather finally got nice here and I didn’t realize how much I missed stepping and sweating and working my legs. Thanks for the new fun stomp moves can’t wait for the next one!

Another great workout! How you build the moves is so well done and I love how every day it’s familiar moves but a completely new and different workout!
I can’t believe I just completed 24. Thank you for sharing your talent and leading these classes. I truly look forward to them. I appreciate how you take just basic moves, but it is a sweat filled workout! I feel myself getting stronger and can’t wait for the next 26! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to move for 30 minutes. The time flies by. And I have terrible knees, but these work outs don’t hurt them!
