Day 17 is a yoga session focusing on releasing stress and any anxiety (great for any time of year) we may be experiencing or carrying. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅
Day 16 is a cardio step session in the lovely Tenby, Wales from our Step Across the UK Program. Enjoy 3 fun combos and and let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 15 is a Walk & Weights workout where we’ll warm-up move on to the first cardio section then we’ll train our core using dumbbells. Next we’ll move on to the second cardio section followed by a cool-down. It’s a fun one. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 14 is 2 restorative yoga sessions, one with light stretching and one with breath work. Or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
