New workout series, ‘Step Up Strength’ in editing now here at Freedom.Fit 🦋 Each workout has a warm-up, 2 step combos, 2 weight sections, and then we’ll weave the 2 step combos together and finish with a cool down and stretch. We filmed 3 workouts yesterday, and we’ll let you know when they’re ready!

It’s a fun 47-minute low-impact class featuring 3 easy-to-follow combos that build in intensity as you go. We start with a simple warm-up, then break down each combo from basic steps to more complex variations—so you can learn at your own pace and feel successful every step of the way.

We finish with an energetic weave finale where we put all three combos together back-to-back. It’s such a fun, satisfying way to end the workout!
