We’re traveling to the following states to re-film and refresh the workouts we originally filmed for our Step & Walk Across America Program. We’ll be in Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. 🇺🇸

Hi Trina C. Welcome! 🤗 that’s a great question. If you are wanting to have a consistent plan you can always join our monthly fitness challenge. We’ll rotate between cardio, strength training and yoga. If you’re wanting to build up endurance, try our Mini to Mighty Weights/ Step/ or Walking workouts. On Day 1 we’ll start with one minute of exercise, Day 2 will be 2 minutes of exercise, Day 3 will be 3 minutes of exercise, and we’ll add on one minute each day to slowly build strength and endurance.
Step or Walk Across America is also a great program to start with. Each day we’ll be in a new state and workout for about 30 minutes. You can stay in a state as long as you like, before progressing to the next state. Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help with. So happy you’re here! 😊

Hi Belinda, the challenges are run a little bit differently. In order to access this months challenge, click on the “challenges” section in the app, and hit “join” for this months challenge. Then the easiest way to keep track of what workouts to do on each day is to then head over to the video side of the app and follow the July challenge found under the category “monthly fitness challenge”. The workouts are split into Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc.
You are totally free to add the respective workouts for each day on your end, to your calander if you like.

Ready to get moving and feel amazing this July?
This month’s challenge is all about consistent movement and feeling good in your body and mind. We’ve designed a balanced 31-day program that mixes energizing cardio, strength building, and restorative movement — all while keeping it fun and sustainable. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this challenge meets you where you are.
