Hi Shari P. What a great question. I love all of the responses from our members here. It really is best to get to a store to try on shoes to see what works best for your feet. Lately I’ve been enjoying HOKAs. But as always, shoes can be different for everyone. ❤️

Here are a few of the new locations (13 new locations in total) that we filmed at to refresh our Step and Walk Across America 🇺🇸 Program.

We loved the unique Jekyll Island in Georgia, filming by the entrance of the Kentucky Derby, Cincinnati Ohio, Times Square, Portsmouth NH, and Sioux Falls South Dakota, by the Arch of Dreams sculpture.

While we traveled from state to state, there was plenty of time to revamp the Step Across America 🇺🇸 Program particularly.

We’re really excited about these new workouts and how it’ll make this program even more stronger, and especially fun for all of our Step friends.

That’s a great question. Looking up at the raised hand during the windmill exercise, or keeping your eyes fixed on the raised hand forces your thoracic spine (upper back) to safely rotate and align correctly. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions Sarah

We’d love to meet up today if you’re in the area. 💙 We will film part of the workouts in Cincinnati first, probably around noon. Then travel to Columbus and be there later afternoon sometime to film the next part. Then travel to Cleveland to film the last part in the evening.

Myrtle Beach 🏖️ today for filming. We’ll do a step workout, a walk workout, a little bit of barre, and Frank will hopefully film a kids step workout. Anyone close to Myrtle Beach? We’d love to meet up. ❤️
