Flashback to 9 years ago before our first road trip across America 🇺🇸 as a family.

We squished our 4 boys into our minivan and started the trek west coast to east coast and back. Our fitness participants were loving the workouts filmed outdoors, and this was where the Walk and Step Across America Program was born.

So much had changed since we first started filming, these years feel like another lifetime.
