Happy Birthday 🎉 🎂 🥳 to our youngest little guy. He has been a shining light and joy in our life since day 1. This last summer he got the courage to get in front of the camera and started to film workouts for kids while we filmed Step & Walk Across Canada. 🇨🇦 (In editing now.)
