Hello lovely fitness friends. For Day 3 of the challenge it is a weight training day, and you may notice that the following workouts are listed from the Mini to Mighty Program: Days 5, 3, 10, 12, and cool down. Day 5 is 5 min in total and will give you a good warm- up. Days 3, 10, and 12 are 3 min, 10 min and 12 min long and you can do them back to back.
