Hi Jenny! I am curious if you'd be able to list at what speed your workouts are...120bpm, 126bpm, 130bpm, 136bpm? I'm getting older and finding that 130-136bpm can be a tad too fast for me now and yes, I have slowed the speed down on some but then it just seems too slow at 75x speed and I feel at that slower speed that I am not getting a good cardio going.  Perhaps you could group videos that are slower BPM in a playlist?  Thanks for listening and thank you for your wonderful step program!
