I've done numerous workouts of yours and love every one of them. As a Washingtonian I must comment on your choice of location for my beautiful state.  A parking lot showing the Space Needle? I think that anyone with a T.V. or the internet knows the Space Needle, why didn't you choose a park area near the Space Needle in which you could also see the Space Needle? There are a few. Or perhaps one of the National Parks here in Washington; Mount Rainier, North Cascades, San Juan Islands or the Columbia River Gorge to name a few. Leavenworth, Snoqualmie Falls, Westport, Ocean Shores.....the historic Grays River Covered Bridge. The Pike Place Market!  All the other state videos have interesting and beautiful areas. My apologies but I am really disappointed to see a dirty parking lot with the Space Needle behind it to represent my State. I actually had to stop this video and do another as it was really getting to me. We are known as the Evergreen State, this location does not represent this.

Long time steooer here (think Jane Fonda and the 80's) and have an idea - how about a Challenge at a slower pace of 120-126 bpm for seniors? As in the 65 Summit Challenge yet paced fast enough for a good cardio? Love your workouts but some are a tad fast for me now. I can't be the only senior out there who doesn't want to give up stepping due to too fast a pace...am I? And yes, I have tried adjusting the speed but then it is waaaaayyyy  too slow at 75x.  Have a wondrous day!

Hi Jenny! I am curious if you'd be able to list at what speed your workouts are...120bpm, 126bpm, 130bpm, 136bpm? I'm getting older and finding that 130-136bpm can be a tad too fast for me now and yes, I have slowed the speed down on some but then it just seems too slow at 75x speed and I feel at that slower speed that I am not getting a good cardio going.  Perhaps you could group videos that are slower BPM in a playlist?  Thanks for listening and thank you for your wonderful step program! I have been doing step since the 80's with Jane Fonda 😀👍😍

Hey Jenny! I have been doing step since the early 80's with Jane Fonda's step aerobics videos. Absolutely am addicted! So now I'm in my 60's and am finding that I can't keep up with the faster bpm workouts as I used to. (I have had foot surgeries on both feet) Do you have any slower paced videos for older people? I'm able to do the 130/bpm but the 136/bpm is a bit tricky.......Thanks and have a wondrous day!
